The room had decent size and was generally clean, with a responsive service for special needs such as lactose-free milk requests and fresh fruit. The breakfast area had options for freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a nice touch to start the day, though it could use more variety in hot items.
Several inconveniences are worth noting. the advertised bar and restaurant offerings were misleading, as the bar was reduced to merely drinks from a fridge in the reception area and the restaurant was non-operational for dinners. There were also issues with room lighting, as clarity was lacking due to multiple switches that didn't illuminate the place well. The bathroom exhaust fan was overly loud, and the arrangement of fixtures made using the toilet uncomfortable because of a misplaced toilet paper dispenser. Finally, thin walls made it easy to hear guests in neighboring rooms, which wasn't ideal for a good night's sleep.
